It keeps on saying error and that i should say what the problem with fusion 360.

Just to check is this feature related to a preview functionality or just to opening Fusion in general? If it is Fusion in general, I can move this post to the Support board for better visibility. Can you also provide a screenshot of what you are seeing for an error message.
