Issue with angle constraint

I am following the Intro to Modeling Design tutorial and I have come up against an action being performed in the video that I cannot replicate locally. About 4 minutes into this video they add a 5 deg constraint but not matter how hard I try, I only get MM, not DEG options when I click on the two lines like they do in the video.

Wondering if I am doing something wrong or if maybe the tool has changed since the video was recorded.

the lines you are dimensioning are both vertical.  You cannot put an angle dimension between parallel lines.  Remove one or both of the vertical constraints, drag one so it is not parallel, then you will get an angle dimension
