How to get a bmp from a sketch

I am trying to place a part outline on to a PCB to give me a guide for a keep out area. I figured I can use the BMP tool to place the outline on the silkscreen but I am having trouble creating that BMP file. Is there any good way to create a bmp from a sketch, only been able to find the reverse?

I hope I am understanding that you want to capture a Model Sketch into a BMP.  Fusion can capture it into a JPEG, PNG or TIFF which is easily converted.  I will make no guarantees as to it maintaining scale as I do not have a way of checking it. Screencast shows you my process.

As @jhackney1972 you can capture an image, but I find it easier doing it in the design workspace because it gives you the white background and makes it easier to see as opposed to the render workspace. Either way can be done, its just a matter of personal preference I guess.
