Is there a way to Export to SVG

Hey guys. I'm trying to export a model I made to an SVG. I want to use it in an Xtool (laser cutting/engraving software). The software will read SVG, DXF, PNG, JPG, JPEG, and BMP. I saved a DXF file but it doesn't import the holes in the model. Specifically, it's a model of a piece of notebook paper. It's got 6 holes and obviously the outline of the paper. I did points and off the points made holes, modeled the "paper" to the thickness and set the hole size. When i import the DXF file into xtool it doesn't import the holes. I figured my best bet (and would work with other software) would be an SVG.

Hi,

Create a new sketch > project body and holes into > rightclick > save as DXF

otherwise:

share the file for reply

File > export > save as f3 d on local drive > attach to post

So, you're saying copy and paste the body into a new project? Is the issue the fact that it's extruded and 3D or?

Here's the file. I want to convert it to .SVG and .DXF. The .SVG would be the more preferred.

Hi,

As you have selected the hole function, there are no circles in the sketch.
You must therefore project the body with the holes into a sketch and then save it as DXF.
