Is there a way to easily and quickly center a part/assembly without using the align tool?

Basically like an align tool that auto selects the dead center of the part/assembly and aligns the X/Y/Z at the same time to whatever I select (like the point on the gizmo). Maybe have an option for the bottom of the part to be flush with the XY plane like so:
Right now if I want a part to be centered around the gizmo, I use the align tool 3 times (unless a snap point happens to be centered which I would not trust because sometimes snap points are close but not dead center) and then the move command 3 times (dividing the distance in two.)
