I'd like to capture a certain motion which is a round spur gear circling around an elliptical spur gear. I can create the movement I like to see with the motion study. But I'd like to "apply" this. Is there any way to do this?
Is there a way to create advanced motion links?

Your geometry is poorly created, underconstrained and missing symmetry.
If you are duplicating dimensions - you are probably doing something wrong.
In the video below I forgot to mention a Spring Force to keep the Pinion Gear against the Elliptical Gear.
