Is there a way to automatically apply radius on sharp corners?

The image below needs a radius applied to all sharp corners. Is there a way to automatically apply all radius without manually selecting each corner?

no, there is no way to do that in a sketch.  If you plan on creating solids out of these profiles, I would strongly recommend applying the fillets in the solid environment, not in the sketch.  Then,  you can window select all the sharp edges...

Hi,

Why don't you sketch the elements in such a way that subsequent rounding of sharp edges is not necessary.
Spline tools (not only those of Fusion) offer all possibilities for this.
Just follow the recommendation by @jeff_strater
