In particular a drawing file with a variety of Tolerances, Datum points, Surface Finishes and a Parts Table..... that illustrates how all of these things can be used effectively and according to standardised engineering approaches?

They have millions of freely downloadable files, surely you'll be able to find something suitable to your needs.

That said, I have found others CAD file interesting but not of much value for learning, it takes hands on work to learn, a lot of it BTW 🙂

Sorry, question wasn't very clear.

Am looking for a "technical drawing" file (not the CAD part) showing how all the various tolerance, datum and so forth features now available in F360 should be used in a clear and proper way.

Did not see a lot on drawings but you can ask for it, he seems very accommodating

to request and does a excellent job in what he does do (His job is teaching) and you can ask specific questions as they develop as well.
