Arcs are only approximate when zooming in.  As @TrippyLighting says "Unfortunately".  If Fusion 360 exposed the length and end point XYZ properties of lines and arcs it would make it much easier to verify coincidence.  Currently the only way to tell if the line or arc is accurate is to use it until a failure occurs.

Perhaps I should have said any non-straight sketch itemSmiley Surprised  Circles and arcs display the same behaviour.
