Irregularly curved surface

I need to create a "plate", the upper side of which is irregularly rounded towards the lower side (lengthwise and crosswise). The floor plan is also not a rectangle, but one side is round. Is there any way to achieve this?

Surface Loft it with the 3 short sketched lines as profiles, 
use the 3 long sketch lines as rails.

then extrude to.object, (surface body)
