Can i move Component button higher in the browser tree?
( With Ctrl i see plus sign - what is it?)
Body button i can move

The order in the browser is the same order the components are created in the timeline. You might be able to drag the component along the timeline. Personally I like to keep my components and the features that create them together in the timeline so I wouldn't just drag the component along the timeline without its features but this might stop you moving the component along the timeline if it has dependencies to other components.

I wanted to note if you don't care about your parametric timeline, you could convert the design to a direct modeling environment. This should allow you to drag components around in the browser more freely.
