Hello and welcome to the forums.

Sorry your having an issue with your installation.

Do you have any insight into how your network is setup? Potentially behind a firewall or proxy?  We have a link here that has some helpful times around some of these scenarios.  Please let me know if your still having issue installing.

I have the same error after login. Do you sell this? Do I have to turn off firewalls, antivirus, etc to run the software ?This is ridiculous....

Hi,

In response to the question regarding firewalls, antivirus, etc. no, you don't have to turn those off. However depending on the settings chosen in those configurations they may need to be modified to allow Fusion to connect with our servers.

Additionally also ensure you have admin rights to the ~\appdata\local and ~\appdata\roaming (Windows) or ~Application Support (Mac) folders.

If you had an older version of Fusion 360 on your system you may want to first perform a complete uninstall (see instructions in README located at: Fusion 360 README).

Once uninstalled, re-install from this page:http://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/overview.

On Windows-based systems you can also search your registry (using RegEdit) for the key "FusionDoc". If found, delete it as part of your uninstall process.

Please let us know if you continue to experience problems.

Regards,
