Incremental Morphing for Generative Design - This will take the body and morph it to smoother cross sections, blend and size transitions. Will initiate complexity regression (from GD model)to achieve desired shape and economy for customer products. Greater Complexity equals Greater Costs
Set of processes used after first construction of generative design model.
Incremental Morphing for Assembly: ( see previous article on incremental morphing) Will take and increase dimensions location of holes, features and optimize for manufacturing using the full tolerance envelope and manufacturing limits of tools. Mating parts will have the right size holes, patterns,clearances and fits within the tolerance envelop parameters to make a great product FFF.
