Hello,

I am really sorry you are experiencing this issue. Could you please confirm that both your system time and time zone set as expected? Also, is your system set up to synch its time with any particular time server?

Regards,

Hi @Anonymous,

Just to confirm - is this issue taken care of now or are you still having the date/time error? If so, try switching it off to a new automatic time zone, and then switching it back and saving it. The resync should work at that point.

Thanks,

Good morning James,

I have tried everything : changed time zone and changed back to Pacific time zone then Baja California then back Pacific Mountain time zone etc. with always the same error result as shown in previous screen shot posted 🙂
I have also changed the time server back and forth with at each time tried to open ADSK 360 but always same error result..
Finally I have deactivated the automatic time with internet server but same problem always same error displayed...
Hope this info helps
Sincerely yours
Philip

Hi @Anonymous,

Can you email me at james.youmatz@autodesk.com? I'd like to take a closer look at your system if you have a chance today.  Then we can report our findings back to the forum once we have a solution.

Before we do that however, can you confirm that you tried the solutions in the following article found here.

Thanks,

In another post I explained procedure
1/ select manual time setting
2/ correct time
3/ restart computer
4/ re set to internet time
5/ uncheck the Microsoft server
6/ check the other server
Should work , home I remembered the correct procedure
If not reply and I will go check my previous solution reply which worked immediately
Cheers
