Improvements to data panel

workflow:
- You find the last file you worked on via "My Recent Data" in the data panel.

- You want to go to the root folder/parent folder of that file, to find other related files.

- You can see the file path in the description of the file, but you are not allowed to click the file path.

Wouldn't it be nice to be able to click on the file path for your file, and be directed to the root folder of that file (or other places in the file path, depending of where you click) in the same way as on every folder manager on a computer?
maybe even more useful would be to be able to do this when you get search results in the data panel. (Which is basically the same, coding wise)

Hello @oyvindTMNSU ,

There is one more way to get to the related files and open it directly, but you cannot open the folder for now.

  • Click on the version of the file
  • You should see the Uses and Used In tabs
  • Now switch to Uses/Used In tabs to get related files info
  • Now click Open button to open the related files.

Hope this helps,

Thanks!

That's kind of outside the question... Im aware of the way to access related files. But at least I have more files and folders inside a project than the components that are actively related in the design...
