Imported step error fix

I have this step file that I exported from a paid software and it has many errors that are causing boolean operations/etc to be a nightmare.

I cannot figure out how to fix this model. Any help would be much appreciated.

Looking at the file in wireframe makes it pretty easy to see where the problems are. I just don't know how to fix it.

All I can see in the model is a single body, a boolean needs 2 or more bodies.

the surface quality of this model is pretty horrendous, which can cause all sorts of difficulties with Boolean operations.  is there any chance of getting a better model from your software?  rebuilding this natively in fusion might be your best bet.   what is the end goal?

Unfortunately, no.

I am not versed enough in the program to rebuild it myself.
My goal is being able to make a mold from the part
