I have tried using thin extrusion, however, some outlines won't extrude at all

Hi all, I am new to Fusion 360 and modeling in general, and I am trying to create a model of something I saw on the internet.

The problem I am running into is, there are areas (the top right "bow" looking thing) of my sketch which won't extrude correctly no matter what order I extrude them, or what settings I use.

Similarily, when I thin extrude the largest face, it gives me an extra border for the whiskers, I am unsure how to go about doing this.

I have watched tutorial and they've brought me this far but these are some problems I've run into.

Please export your model to *.f3d and share it here to get better help.

Works here, don't know your size settings.

Build the line/s selected by clicking each one....

Might help.....

I was able to get the bow to work by selecting curves, not the closed profiles:

But, I did not explore any farther than that
