In this simple example (attached) I draw a circle on one plane and then a circle on another plane.

The first circle is projected to the second sketch automatically. I cannot avoid or remove the projection nor turn it into a construction line.

The projection interferes with a loft from circle 1 to circle 2.

What to do?

EDIT.

It seems that I got this auto projection because  I created the offset construction plane from circle1 and not from the XY base plane.

EDIT 2

I can delete or  change the projected circle if I alter the view from flat XY  to perspective while editing the sketch.

Somethig about selection options I shold learn?

The first circle is projected to the second sketch automatically.

Not supposed to happen, an origin, is (supposed to be) projected on sketch creation - nothing else.

Turn off the Lightbulb for Origin and Sketch 1, before starting sketch 2, you should only see the

sketch origin in Sketch 2, (I have turned the plane back on)

If you wished to project the centre point of the sketch 1 circle, you will likely get the projected circle, however  you can avoid delete and change the circle to construction, at this stage....  But if you snap to the projection, you will be warned if you delete it afterwards.

I cannot avoid or remove the projection nor turn it into a construction line.

You can do all of those things, but might not suit your intent....

To get to where I think you want to be,

hide sketch 1, - (you don't need any of it for sketch 2) before creating sketch 2

then draw a two point circle snapped to the sketch's origin, at diameter, then horizontally constrain the centre point to the origin in the sketch.

Might help.....
