I could not patch my sketch

Hello . I have made a sketch through control point spline. The problem which i am facing is that i could not patch it.  I am attaching the file. Plz Try to resolve the problem . Thanks

Surface extrude the sketch as a body and then create your patch on that as another body.  Then you can go back and make the surface extrude invisible.  Model is attached.

What you are attempting to do is not a good idea. 

In general, the patch command in Fusion 360 creates pretty horrible surfaces. Imagine the spline you created (which has way too many control points) is a steel wire rim and you are trying to stretch a very stiff table cloth over it.

 

The approach you are taking with his chair in the other thread you posted has much better change of success and uses the right techniques. Except the patch maybe but it seems to work OK in that instance.
