I can't move any offset plane

after new update I can't move any offset plane  with move options and key M

workplanes have never been able to be moved using the Move command, in a Parametric design.  This has not changed in years.

No dear work planes have been able to be moved using the Move command before last update plz check this video 
move and rotate also

also copy command for skitch can't make copy

That video was made from a Direct Modeling design.  There is no timeline.  In a history-based, Parametric design, you have NEVER been able to move/rotate a workplane.

see previous answer - same thing here.  You cannot copy/paste a sketch in a Parametric design, and have never been able to.

In a parametric design if you want to change the Offset distance - double click (or right click Edit Feature) on the node in the Timeline.
