I can only comment on the pics in the discussion.

If the original body was solid there is an air gap to fix,

if the outside body is as Whisperer shows, then Stitch the seam.

Might help…

Checked the file.  At 200mm diameter, you will need some windscreen detail.

Most windscreens are flat.

This wavy window is likely contributing to the failed thicken.

To assist further, need to know more of the Design Intent, 3d printed, static or flying model?

Incorporating full size details, helps with avoiding the reinvention of these details in a model.

You have horizontal window sketch lines, that are curved.

These have flat panels and are segmented.

Probably not because then i would have to scale it. Im making an rc airplane but the windows are not too curved and i used a straight line in the loft. Im not trying to do anything too fancy. Only thing that matters is aerodynamics

If I had known how much rework it would involve, I wouldn't have started.
Of course, that's not a solution.

Hello. Very many thanks to the help. However if you look closely on the top of the window, there is unfortunately an uneven shape. This is problematic because then i cant join them and properly print them. Very many thanks tho, and i would greatly appreciate if you maybe took a look at the problem.

Thanks,

Carl

@carlweitman50

Does your slicer have an option to set wall thickness

or

could you use MeshMixer to Shell a solid?

Either technique would not require a modeled Shell.
