I am trying to turn a complex shell into a thickness of 5mm. I have tried everything but i cant solve it. The design has no warnings so thats propably not the problem. Is there someone who maybe could help me out.

Have a look at sketch 7, extrude 1

And sketch 9, extrude 2

Thanks. One problem with not slicing a surface is that i cannot design a cutout for the landing gear doors. Do you have any idea on how i can solve that?

You could initially do the same as with the windows.
But cut out the opening after printing.
