How would I recreate this?

Hello I'm new to fusion 360 and I'm trying to recreate this model. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4301818/files.

I've been able to recreate everything except for the kidney bean cuts. my initial thought was to project the shape in a new sketch then extrude and use the fillet tool but that didn't work at all. Maybe there's a way to sketch the profile and somehow extrude that profile to be only within the bean shape?

I just looked at a pic of the object, so this might not be the right geometry.  maybe it will give you some ideas-

By the way, cuts in the mesh are not even rotationally symmetrical...

This is helpful thanks! I know it's not symmetrical. That's why I was trying to figure out how to make the shape so I could make it symmetrical.
