how to merge? threads through all holes

how do i make these threads on all 4 holes ? i think i need to merge but not sure how

Add threaded holes last (and do as Hole features, not as threads added to cylinders) - but you have a rather unconventional modeling approach.

Move is almost always the wrong move.

BTW - Ø3 is not the correct tap drill size for an M3 thread.
