How would I model this coffee distributor?

Can someone help me figure out how to model this coffee distributor in Fusion 360? Image attached below.

not having any details about the part, I just eyeballed it.  That line, and the unconstrained (blue) line in the first sketch, set the angle and position for the extrude cutout.  I left them free so I could drag them around to make adjustments.  you should lock those down with dimensions at some point.
