How to turn off green alignment guide

After the last update a green alignment guide line is annoying me a bit. Is there a way to turn it off? As you can see on the second screenshot dialog box moved quite far from it's original (intended) position. I think that snap of dialog box should occur only when you drag dialog box very close to the upper right corner of the browser pallete.

The snap occurs if you are dragging a dialog and you cross over the vertical, "snap" boundary and the right edge of the browser. It is not limited to the upper corner only.

One suggestion may be to put the model browser on a diet and make the browser thinner. You can resize by dragging the small lines in the browser header.

You could also use the collapse (plus minus symbol in browser header) to get it out of the way quickly.

Does that help?

Thanks,
