How to sweep cut along a path using a sphere shape

I saw this in an inventor video.

In Fusion 360, how can I create this type of sweep cut along a path using a sphere? I really like the bit past the sphere shape at the end too!

There is no Solid Sweep in Fusion, but with that simple profile it might not be necessary.
