how to smooth out sharp areas in solid component

I have two solid bodies that are one component in f360. I'd like to smooth out the transition from a block-like shape to a cylindrical shape.
I am not able to convert to t spline, I don't know if there's an easier way. I'm fairly new to fusion or any modelling/cad software.
