How to Rename or otherwise modify a Milstone?

I need to change the name of a milestone in a recent project but cannot figure out where or how to modify it.

I've searched this issue, unfortuanetly, I found this through learning site 

Note: You cannot delete or rename any created milestone.

I think it seems by design.  if you need any further help, please let me know I will be happy to support you.

This probably changed in the mean time, because now you can. I can't do it online, but in fusion360 in the left bar with your project, you can click on the down arrow next to the version number to see all versions. At the milestone you want to change, you can click on the 3 dot menu and there edit the milestone description and name.
