Are you going the print the part with a threaded hole and screw in a steel stud or are you trying to print the male thread?

Did you mean 1.25mm? It could be either 5/16 or M8, cheap bolts\studding can be down on size.
The hole tool can create a hole with a modeled thread. But you might need to offset the faces of the thread to add some clearance as 3d printed thread tend to come out small.

If you are trying to print a male thread, the thread tool also has the option to create a modeled thread.
