how to open corrupted recovey file

I was warking offline and on a model and it was untitled ant not saved yet. suddenly a window came that fusion 360 stops

i restart application/fusion and when i click on my recovery file there come failed to open.corrupted file.this is for second time so i want to know that is  there is any ay to open that recovery file . it is very important so please respond as fast as possible

otherwise i discountinue usiong fusion 360

Hi @gurinderjeetsingh7,

 

Welcome to the Fusion 360 Community!

 

Can you please email your diagnostic log files (found in the help menu of Fusion 360) to [email protected]. This should give me an idea of what is happening as well as where the recovery file is stored on your computer. My thought is - we can pull the recovery file from your hard drive, and then I can try to open that file on my machine, debug if neccessary, and then forward the model back to you so you can upload the model. The logs might give us a better clue as to why this happened as well.

Could you take a look at this? 

C:\Users\USER NAME\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\USER ID\W.login\F 

 

Please let me know the corrupted name and error messages.

i also want to share that when i was looking in appdata----fusion 360then i didn"t find the user id folder so there was a folder named unknown user i opened that but in that folderwas empty

 

but when i started fusion360 and look for recovery document then the same problem apper again

Is there any other file there??

i didn't find the crash recovery folder in FZ£WRAAX^HZ$ that was in folder names local but i go back and open roming folder there i find that crash recovery folder and i found two files and when i try to attach that siles a error comes that ::'the file does not have a valid extention for an attachment and has been removed'' . so now what to do ?

actually my project is a suv car so hope you can find it
