How to open an previous version of a design

Hi,  I see it has been answered to some extent. I am in the data panel right now and left right clicking the V5 doesn't do anything. 

Simple question. How do I load previous versions of a file I saved. I re-watched the beginner guide and must be missing it. 

Example it says V5 I want to load V2 from a month ago to refer to a design I made. How does one do this.
