How to join points at a smooth curved gradient from center line?

Hi,

 

I want to join the face of the bottom cylinder to the two points at a smooth curved gradient as seen in the screenshot (bad drawing) - center line. Also what's the best way to divide the lower chamber of the cylinder in in 2 halves apart from actually drawing a 2mm rectangle and extruding?

I've tried connecting the points by using an offset plane but its not working at the center and I think dividing in two and then adding a slope is not the right way? But idk.

 I managed this using fillet and played with the tangent but its still not going to the center

Accepted solution

This is a new body extrude with a split body using a spline and a thin extrude of a modification of sketch1 turning a construction line to a regular line then a split body using the same spline. A new spline can be drawn on the same plane as the first spline to bring the sweep tangent to the top of the triangular divider.

I was thinking about it after I replied yesterday, how would you do it to make the top surface of the curved sweep normal to (I think is the term) the cylinder walls?
