creating coping templates for rolled section of 8" pipe

I need to create a series of printable templates to mark out and cut copes several pieces of 8" pipe that are rolled to different, quite large, radii. Will be very grateful for any advice or wisdom.

I think we are going to need the Fusion file with the source Sketches to have a meaningful crack at a solution.

Paper, like a Fusion Sheetmetal body, can't unfold compound curvatures.

Have you used this method before?

Would 3D printing be an option?
