How to flatten the surface of a body

Hi all, i d like to flatten the surface of that lip, i show in the pic and the file as well. I d like to flatten only the surface i point out,not the one below it as well. The IDEAL would be to give it a slight curve towards down, like a wide pot hole,but i couldn t figure that out. I watched many vids and haven t figured it out... Any help?

You cannot make it perfectly flat, but flatter than it is. If this isn't what you're after, I need more details of what shape you are trying to achieve. Images or hand-drawn sketches help.

Ideal would be to make a sligkt dent in the midle. I hand drawed a sketch of what i d like to make. Slightly deeper in the middle. Initial plan was to make it flat,then prin ant then trim with hand drill,but making it from the start deeper would be ideal!

I ll post the solution i worked out. I created a sphere and edited to make the one side less round,put it on the first body to pass through it to the depth i wanted, i then combined them using cut and the sphere as tool then the dent was created. After that,i used a little fillet to smoothen the edges of the cut. Will wait for it to be printed to check the model
