How do I enlarge a rectangular prism that is curved about the X, Y and Z axes only in the negative X and negative Z directions??

How do I take the rectangular prism below and create a new one (or enlarge the original) such that the X and Z aspect of the prism is 0.2mm larger? I'd only want it to be 0.2mm longer in the negative Z direction and 0.2mm longer in the negative X direction. This is shown in the second image below.

When I tried using sweep, it creates a weird geometry where there's a gap. This is shown below.

Hi! The model does not have a timeline, which makes it difficult to test. Please turn on design history so that the features can be edited more easily.

Based on the resultant geometry, it looks like the profile isn't on a plane normal to the path. Create a workplane at the start point, normal the path. Then create the sketch on that plane before sweeping.

If it still does not work, please share the updated f3d file here.
