How to fix this rotation when adding a joint/move

Hi All,
When creating a joint to move the my 4th axis, fixture, and subplate to my model, these components rotate. How do I implement the move/joint without the rotation? AND why is this happening? Im using the tare down pins here as my origin for the move. Ive tried both and rotate the objects.
IS there a way to implement a move/joint like this by selecting multiple points of origin? I use Rhino 3D and it allows to move one object to another by selecting 1, 2 ,3 etc, reference points to then snap to the location I want to move to. IS there anything like this in Fusion?
