how to extrude a dwg import file?

I made a solid in Corel Draw, than exported it to a dwg file. I tried to import it to Inventor with the ACAD icon.

 

As I import I get the below view, and cannot extrude naturally. why are the original lines and the lines by inventor different... Tks

I think you're in the wrong forum, try here for Inventor.
