whats wrong with the code above?
I just did a quick test and edited the reply to take out the screencast. It worked when I tried it. (I'm not sure if you wanted it posted or not. )
Two suggestions:
Hope that helps, let me know either way!
Thanks,
I also wanted to point out that we have a Screencast Forum if you need additional troubleshooting assistance and/or would like to speak directly with the development team.

also tried selecting the "autodesk community" size...
Still get the same error
My apologies for the inconvenience. After further research this appears to be a site permissions issue which for certain users is preventing the use of the HTML code that is coming from Screencast. I'm working with the appropriate parties on potential solutions, but for the time being would recommend simply linking to the Screencast in your posts.
Cheers Phillip.. good to hear we are not crazy!
Looking forward to a solution..
IMO
I dont think everyone is that bad 😛
Plus posting it on the TEXT tab would make it just appear as text like below.. and not post an error..

Not sure why it appears to be a problem for non-autodesk employees to embed a screencast. It seems quite a few users is having the problem. 😞

Hi Nathan,
it seems that the problem isn't fixed yet. I tried several ways, inserting the screen cast by link and by html with no success.
Can you help?
Thank You
