How to delete all bodies that are not fully contained within a target body/face?

I have a target body, and dozens of other bodies. I want to delete all of the other bodies that are not fully contained within the target body. Is there a way to do this as a step in the timeline? So far, I am considering an approach that uses a script to test the other bodies one at a time, deleting them if the result of a cutting operation where the target body cuts the body does not result in a reduction of the total number of bodies by one. Is there a way to do this in the timeline instead of as a script? Can I use a tool to do the equivalent when creating the bodies? I cannot use Geometric Pattern Tool since it does not create the right pattern, but it has the option to not allow intersection with the perimeter of the face, which is what I want.

Please attach your model.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it. If needed, ZIP a F3Z file.
