how to cut a dome shape into spiral

I have attached a file which has a dome shape , I want cut the white part and remove , so the dome shape is converted to spiral , can anyone help me with this , and share me their knowledge how to cut dome shapes to spirals

I made a mistake in Copy of original when I should have used a different pitch for the second spiral.

But the Attached might give you some ideas...

Here's another idea. I've used an Equation curve Add-In, together with some zigzags in my workflow.

Hard to tell from here. Perhaps it's caused, because you're opening it with an Education license.

Can anyone else test with an Education license?

Hmm. I'm here with Release 2.0.12157 of Fusion360. Are Education licenses limited with updates?

Find the Fusion 360 Client Downloader *.exe and double click to force an Update.

Search your hard drive for this file.
