how to create impression on sculpt body (seat)

 Now that i have the dimensions and shape i want on my sculpt body, how do i modify it as a seat with leg and bottom impressions? Also, how do i change the t-spline configuration?

There's a couple of ways to achieve what you're after. 

One method may be to use the Edit Face command available in the Direct Modeling environment (Use Create Base Feature command first). See the below video for more.
