How to create holes along swept faces

I have an object that I created as a result of sweeping a profile along a path.   Fine, no problem, but now I want holes along the face of the object, but the problem the plane of the path is not what I want to use for the holes.   What is the best way to create holes along the perimeter of a curved path?  

 

Here is a picture of the issue.   The holes are according to the plane of the path not the profile, so instead of going along the outside face, they are going along the bottom.

From your description, the holes are in the right location just going the wrong direction.  If so, this is as simple and changing the direction of the holes.  The hole point pattern in on the profile edge so I think there must be something different.

Sorry I wasn't clear about where I want the holes.    I want them on the perimeter of the swept outer face:

I am still not clear on how far, from the outside edge, you want your holes.  These are 0.078 inches.  You can change the distance using the offset value in Sketch 3.  I also copied your hole arrangement.  Since it is irregular, you cannot pattern the holes.  Model is attached.

Yes, it is an irregular pattern...on purpose.     So I can't use the procedure specified by @Bunga777, but that is effectively what I am after; namely, holes along the perimeter except at the specified location of the points.   

 

The real design is more complicated than what I am showing here in this example, but the idea of where they need to go is the same.   The problem is that the points I create are in a different plane than the holes, but I need it to follow the path that was used for generating the sweep.       

 

I was hoping to avoid creating all the holes and just specify a different axis when using Hole tool, but it doesn't have that capability.

This is not easy, but I suggest it as a way to simplify the process to some extent.

 

I created a work axis perpendicular to the surface, projected that axis onto the sketch, and then used the Pipe command to drill individual holes.

This is a lot of work for a very large number of holes, but I think this method can be used for this level of detail.

Wow!   I would never have figured that out!    I finally got through all the holes using your suggestion.   Fortunately, it wasn't too many.   It was a bit more complicated because the holes were not to go through completely, so, I ended up having to create a concentric path and adjust the projections for the pipe to that inner path.     I got the depth I needed that way.

 

It is indeed a lot of work, and in fact, F360 crashed while trying to move the projections around.   I don't think it liked me doing this weird workflow.   😅     It would be nice if the Holes tool allowed you to set the profile plane, then this would have been a piece of cake.
