Hi,

I am trying to creat components for my library. To make the work easy, I imported the existed component from the library which Fusion360 provided. Now I am editting the imported component.

Question 1,

I wanna change the Attibute Sets but failed because the "Change" and "Delete" button are grey, shown as picture

So how can I change the Attibute Sets?

Question 2, how to change the defalt value of ">NAME" when creating a component? Shown in picutre below:

When placing the component into the schematic, the value of the name of the component is IC1, but I wanna change it to U1. I know that I can change it after place this part into schematic, I just wonder how can I change the valve when creating the component?

Many thanks,

Rex

Hello, @rexX2ZTB

I would recommend you access the space - New Electronics Library
You can then start creating your new component or even import it as you did!

Once you import the component, you can navigate to the symbol section and make the edits you need.
I'll leave 2 images below for reference!

I hope this can help in your activity.

Thank you Lucas,

I met this problem after I accessed the space - New Electronics Library.

So how could I do for the next step?

Rex
