You need a Fusion model and a CNC router (or similar equipment).

 Groovemade speakers  were designed in Fusion 360.  Video is here.  It shouldn't be too terribly difficult to design something similar without infringing on any possible copyrights.

Yes, I know it's a grovemade product, I just wanna know how they build the model. I never use it for commercial purpose. &. thank you. The design is more complicated.

You just make some lofts, sweeps, revolves, etc., to cut out the shape you want. Partial completion below...just to give you ideas.
