How to approach this shape?

I am trying to recreate the bottle holder for personal project. For now, I've made a curve with all real dimensions for the bottles to fit with pipe feature, but the kind of "petals" where bottle neck fits is very problematic to me, because I cannot merge them with the rest of the curvy form flawlessly, to seem organic like on picture. What would be the most effective approach to achieve this form?

I've looked at this several times now. I believe with solid modeling you'll hit a wall very quickly!

This will require a surface modeling approach to get the smooth transitions, or perhaps modeling this with T-Splines (Form feature)  is the best approach.

How will you manufacture?  And is "in the style of" close enough?

Think you create a profile sketch. Then create a surface cylinder. Then thicken and emboss profile sketch onto it.  Then use the surface to split the resulting body.

course the cylinder could be any surface
