How to angle velocity stacks?

How can I angle/tilt a velocity stack/intake trumpet? I can make a straight or tapered one by using the Revolve tool and keep the end details. Let's say I want 20 degrees from the base plane and a gradual angle to it. Is it possible to use the profile where I have the shape of the trumpet to just make it follow a line instead of an axis?
Edit: File below I managed to create the pipe section using loft. I want to create the circle shape to the edge and have it easily change length for different versions. Also to be able to change taper angle currently 0.

Draw the centre line (any angle) but longer at the bottom face,

use Plane on Path, set to top of centre line, and draw circle.
Extrude.

Cut the bottom face with the base plane.

Warning :  Base shape will be Ellipse which can be drawn on base plate and Sweep along the centre line, cutting the top to be a circle.

Might help….

@e2101391

Why did you Move your Extrusion rather than simply flip the direction?

Are there any unresolved issues highlighted in yellow on your Timeline?

@e2101391

Can you upload your completed geometry - I suspect there is a cleaner more robust technique.

This is my first complete version for a test print. There are some things that most likely are not clean at all, and kind of a mess tbh.
