relocate some component step to sub-component

Hi,

I performed some steps (sketch, extrude, bevel, etc..) as a part of main component.

I made this foot for a box

However, I would like to have them (steps in red rectangle)  as sub-component of my main component (so to have a "foot" component), so I can isolate and work on this sub-component with its own history/time line.

Is it possible ? How ?

Hi,

Move the cursor and create a new component within your main component and drag the features to it.

I tried but it does not work. As for dragging features the active component is the main component and therefore I can not drag them to newly created component.

Moreover, features are disabled as the cursor is at the beginning.

So I'm missing something here 😞 I use the "not for commercial use" license
