How much Internet Data required for Fusion 360 Cloud Service?

Respected Sir,

        Want to know, on an average how much Internet data is required for Fusion 360 Software to perform efficiently during a month?

& What must be speed of internet data??

Hello Harshal,

Speeds of 5mbps or higher are better on day to day operation. But, for streaming in app for 1st time or updates....a 10mbps+ would be ideal.

Faster the speed, the better the behavior is what you would notice, because Fusion is saving data in the cloud and bringing it down when you want to work on your data set. If you continue to work on the same dataset, then it remains in the cache....but saves are pushed to the cloud so that you or your collaborators can access this dataset from different machines.

Total Data in a month would be = Size of Fusion streamer updates (1 to 2 updates per month) + size of files being saved to the cloud + 1st time Data Set download size. 

I will bring in the streamer and update sizes soon.

      Thanks for your reply. But I am really grateful if I know average statistics of internet data so according to that I will prefer my data plans of a month.

Hi Harshal,

I will get more data on our side (size of releases in a month, data pulled to put out the UI, etc.) for you to make some decisions.

In the meanwhile, can you tell us what plan do you have today, and what plans do you have available from our ISP? We can help you make the decisions based on the data slabs, data rates that you have available to pick on.

Also, what is/will be your usage per day or in a month? How many items, what size assemblies would you be working on?
