How do you center any text character inside a circle?

I'm trying to center any individual text character inside a circle. I chose the character to be 20mm in height and it's text style is Bold. The circle is 24mm in diameter but that's not critical.

I can center a text character inside a rectangle except the actual vertical centering is offset because the textbox that a character resides in is taller than the actual character. So, the textbox rectangle is centered but not the actual character.

I hope somebody has a solution to this problem. Autodesk needs to update the character function so that each 

character has a center point which would make it easier to center them inside any object.

The Construction line box around text is a little weird on the top but it is very easy just to add a separate construction line across the top.  This then gives you the ability to draw crossed construction lines to find the center of the letter, add a point to this intersection and then constrain it to the center of the circle.  In may attached example, you can see the "R" is pretty close to the center.  The font design is not symmetrical itself.  My sketch model is attached.

You can simplify that by using only one line and the midpoint constraint.  You can either constrain the text to the circle or the circle to the text.
